Welcome to Twin Companion. By accessing or using our services (including call utilities, mood trackers, and custom wellness routines), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All daily routines, customized biometrics schedules, wellness guidelines, recipes, and workout sets generated by the Health Coach or digital companion are strictly for educational and motivational purposes.

This application is NOT a medical device, therapeutic platform, or professional clinical service. You should always consult with your physical therapist or primary care physician before initiating new nutrition or exercise routines.

1. Payments, Credits & Offerings

All premium credit packs, wallet top-ups, and subscriptions are managed securely via RevenueCat integrations. Prices, payment frequencies, and entitlements are detailed at the point of purchase.

Refund handling complies with respective app stores' refund policy guidelines.

2. Code of Conduct

You agree to use your digital twin companion responsibly. Any exploitation of API endpoints, spamming companion service backends, uploading malicious audio payloads, or attempting reverse-engineering of security parameters will result in immediate permanent account termination.

3. Limitation of Liability

We provide the digital twin companion "as is." Under no circumstances shall Twin Companion be liable for direct or indirect safety issues, physical injuries, nutritional deficiencies, or computer software bugs resulting from active utilization of our wellness recommendations.
